Details: The event kicks off at 6:00 AM with breakfast at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall in the food court. All participants will then be given a lighted police escort to the North Scottsdale Walmart. Kids will be paired with an officer to spend up to $150.00 for clothes, coats, shoes and a special toy. The program benefits 300 plus at-risk youths and teens in the Scottsdale and Phoenix metropolitan area.
